请教

通过猎头得知，公司在外面招我这个职位的人，给的薪水比我高。我能否以这个为依据，向老板要求加薪？我很早就知道自己的薪水低于市场价，但因为老板对我还不错，让我迟到早退可以接送孩子, 有时在家工作也行，所以我也就一直没提。
