下一步如何做？

 原部门工作时，不开心。和manager还有过节。主要是manager的错。我也没有据理力争。 跳到另外一家公司工作。现在原单位的另一部门一个open position是match我的经验和skill。我一完成了第一次interview。第一次interview只考了技术。 第二次interview的通知已告诉我了。是各级manager面试。  请问再interview面试时问到原部门是的工作该如何回答。
