It seems to me that the project manager had substantial inputs on the rating of your performance. May I ask why? You'd better gain insights into how your direct supervisor thinks of you. If he likes you very much and he has strong ties with his supervisor, I don't see why he couldn't pinpoint the area where you may have to improve but give you a fair rating.

What does half of the total score mean? meet or need improvement?
