end-year review 差评求救

深陷公司政治斗争，11份原manager被lay off， 换老板（原manager的死敌）。

今天被告知end year没有达到“achieve”，是“improvement needed”。 
前面四年我的end-year都是exceed或exceptional。2015年mid year review也是on-track。很气愤，换老板才这么短时间就得差评。现在四处被找茬，找工作中的漏洞，深感时刻有走人的危险。

开始找工作了，需要时间。呆的太煎熬，想take long vacation 或申请personal leave，调整下心态，并安心找工作。

请问公司fire人，有什么程序吗？会有个过程吗？担心休假期间被fire。
