The reason I post at here is: want to see whether there are side effects if without 2 week notice.

what I plan to do is: send HR an email, cc to boss, tell them I quit. Reason? I found a better opportunity. then ask them, if needed, I can offer 2 week more. If not, I can stop on Monday, let them decide.
