甲。美国公司管理的追求目标就是： lean and mean -- 人越少越好，人越 mean 越好！这是实质，外头搞的花头越好看越好。恭喜您：您开始看到了 business essence!因为您看到了VP对您的评价 -- 他当然很 mean，越往上越 mean，但他让您看到了问题的实质 -- you have no direction, you are delivering anything, it's quite possible you don't have any value, and probably you just have to go.

Solution? -- Figure out everything on your own! Because that's your job, and you get paid for that! So, for that purpose, try your best to get help from anybody possible -- be very nice to them, kiss them!
