四十大妈丢 IT 工作，是不是只能做 agent 了？

IT industry 现在饱和，, 四十大妈丢 IT 工作，是不是只能做 'agent' 了？

和劳工法的 attorney 咨询过，州里是很少保护 employee 的利益的，雇主可以用任何理由解雇员工，不管多么不合理的理由.

创业，做 'agent'？ 做 agent 也不容易，和人打交道，收入不稳定。。。什么类型的 agent？我应该怎么办？非常感谢!
