请问这里的达人

俺闺女快大学毕业了，还糊里糊涂不知道如何去找工作，急死我了。俺闺女读的是比较普通的大学，功课也一般般。俺是想给她找个agent，给她找工作同时也训练一下interview skill什么的，自己出点钱也乐意。请问，这样的agent 或 recruiter 到哪儿去找啊。请给个指点，不胜感谢！
