MDs and nurses are dealing with life and death and require very serious training and critical thinking. Ppl can be very judgmental sometimes at work.For me, females are more aggressive and cruel. They watch you like a hawk. They don't trust you till you you show them your ability. What I learned is to stay down and humble till they see your ability and how good you re at work then you will earn their respect. I learned not show my emotions because work is work if you can not control your emotion you already lost battle. You got to show them," I got this. Don't you worry".
