鸡勒一样的工作要不要

上个月底投了第一个简历。是一个学校的research 单位。昨天面试了一天，感觉所有的人都非常满意，做完presentation, 那个中心的头赶过来跟我说一再说谢谢，跟一个associate provost谈了一个小时，老头很聪明，对我评价非常高。后来又是几番轮流面试或者谈话。最后未来的直接上司跟我说了一堆他们的budget是怎么算，学校是怎么配的，绕了一堆话，说了一个那个level里面最低的工资，我本来想着我至少也在mi-point上，合理的应该是75% percentile， 听了那个数字，我简直都要吐了。我也没期望人家给跟外面市场上一样的钱，但是至少应该是在那个level里面的合理工资啊！当然，人家也没问我的要求，直接说其他了。这个工作的内容，我还算比较喜欢的，活不少，但是我能够很轻松的应付，工作比较稳定，算state job，福利比较好，离家近，可以早上7点上班，下午3点下班，顾得上孩子。但是那点钱估计是我在市场上找到工作的一半还不到。回来跟老公一说，人家直接说别去了，那点浅给得让他都觉得丢人，感觉人家在大发叫花子。我感觉他们在take advantage of me, 既想让马干活， 又不想给吃草。是不是觉得我是外国人好欺负啊？ 他们都比较关心我的身份问题，我告诉他们是绿卡，他们松了口气。 估计下周他们就会给正式offer, 到时怎么negotiate比较好？要是真的他们不加钱或加的很少很少，我还真的不知道自己会不会去，不去觉得可惜，去了觉得憋屈！！找工作的过程太难受了，我还真想早点结束啊！！大家给点建议和意见吧！！我承认我想偷懒也没自信，就是害怕继续找工作！！
