It sounds to me

the only obstacle you have in your current job is your boss.   Your boss doesn't seems to be a playing all his cards right.  You are valuable to your company and it is recognized by your company except for your boss. 
With the above, my feeling is that if you just stay put, you will outlive him.  I would continue to 骑驴找马.  However, 每次大公司的 onsite都很失败 is a serious issue.  I don't know if you need to leave your current company to get better experience in order to improve your chance of a successful interview...
Bottom line, I wouldn't leave for the reason you have stated.  However, there may be other reasons you only you would know.
