老革命遇到新问题？

以前面试见的directors, VPs 跟我“过”简历，好准备，成功率高。
最近遇过一associated director, 问HR的BS - "what is your greatest accomplishment?"
怎么答？毕业第一份工作之后就没给人问过这问题。
