该如何做决定？

最近收到一offer但公司离家41 英里，要走非常堵的路，估计单程至少2 hours.

要走的原因是老印manager曾经三次威胁过要fire 我， 他要我传帮带其他小老印，这些小老印一点基础没有，有的很无耻，教了他，他说easy而且态度极差。很多事一言难尽。

现在老印manager对我的态度比以前好多了，还刚给我涨了5%工资，但在我心里有个结。

现在组里20多人除三人非老印，其他全老印。

新的公司是台湾人manager，人50多岁，公司整体不如我现在的公司名气大稳定，但小的环境应比现在好，公司在行业排名第三，也较稳定。

去新公司要学新东西，算转半个行。现在公司的经验和知识大部分(93%)没用。

搬家不可能，一年前买的新房。工资差不多，家里LD不愿意我换工作，因为她指望不上我送孩子学画等。（学画走高速很远30Miles， 如下班晚不可能接送）请问，如你是我，该如何做决定？
