The problem is that I don't have a green card, and this is only company I got interview in 5 months is willing to sponsor my green card after I work there for 6 months. (我只好找当地公司）

我现在公司愿意sponsor绿卡， 但老印manager必须同意。他以前答应好的，我的策略是他现在不答应， 只好去新公司。我加拿大公民，H1B身份。
