俺是hiring manager, 最近刚给了个offer出去， 碰到的就是这种情况。

Candidate非常strong, 要的offer比俺开的上线多了10K。  俺最后到大老板那里去要budget approval, 大老板给了， 第2天HR也很爽快的同意了。  Candidate 非常高兴， 直接就签了offer.
