grievance for racial discrimination. 前提是 她对其它非亚裔员工 跟对你的不同standards：利用一切机会让你日子难过，要病假条，你发给她的 Copy 还要打印出来，给你加 projects, 还提前你的 deadline...  你要做足功课，document evidence, 收集证据， 不要怕。 太多中国人 很窝囊，不敢站起来捍卫自己权益。 你在政府工作，这方面 你更不要怕。 有保护的，Retaliation is illegal. 在你的relieve 里， 你可以提出 换 supervisor.

他们不敢动你的。你们HR 应有 file grievance 的 程序， 一般 是要先 与 你要 complain 的人沟通。 不要怕，你要有底气。
