这样的OFFER靠谱吗？

Perficient Inc. - a consulting company

两个interview, 两个星期前跟 director phone interview, 上星期 跟 director 的老板 phone interview. 今天HR 说要给 OFFER。 我惊讶的问， 没有 face to face 啦？ 她说不需要， 我的 background 和 interview 很好， 可以给 offer 了。 我强烈质疑， 有这样子给工作的吗？ 有没有过这样的经验？我的担心是会不会容易得也容易失去啊？ 

这里有人在 perficient 工作过吗？ 这公司靠谱？
