请大家支招如何对付人品差的老板

我和老板都是新招去的，比他稍早一点。他因专业背景有些偏差，总是在面向用户的 production 网站搞出些毛病，却喜欢把屎盆子扣在别人头上，不知道该如何应对这种人。即使在把事实跟他说明的时候。恳请过来人谈谈。
