拿到offer时候，谈工资如果没有余地，有人真正能多要到假期吗？

还是一般假期都是每个级别固定的，不会给你额外的？

看很多 negotiation salary 的网上文章都是说，如果工资不能 bargain, 就谈谈别的，看看能不能要多点，比如年假天数之类的。

但是我就好奇到底在真正的 corporate，hiring manager 有没有权力给该级别的员工与别人不同的年假天数呢？Is that even realistic to ask? 

做过people manager 的大侠们, 根据你的经验， hiring manager 有没有权力给该级别的员工与别人不同的年假天数呢 （比如别的高级经理有20天年假，我如果想要25天年假的话）？
