Thanks a lot. This is still off topic.

I am not new there, I have been there 3 years. I use "please" "thanks" blah blah all the time. Yesterday, She said " I do not send drawings to *** (old print shop)any more, I sent to a new place". I asked "which one?" This is very typical talking in our office. I do not consider it is "impolite", Everyone in my office talks like that. We do not begin every single question with "please" "Would you please" "would you mind" every time. This woman is not a normal polite American we are talking about. She even said" What shall I do to get rid of ##(my name), she came here earlier then me." This is NOT POLITE AT ALL.I know I need to improve my English and communication skills. But my English is not that bad to deserve this kind of treatment. She would say "you are yelling me" anyway no matter how polite I am . If an American tries to discriminate against you because you are a foriegner, what you can think is only"improve the English and communicatin skills". it is not solution.
