the other way,
" Andy, May I know Which print shop you sent the drawing?, I need to know....( explain the reason u need to know this"


do this sound more polite?

" don't yell at me" does not mean the tone and the voice.if u choose the wrong words, it can be asaid " yell"

so I don't blame theis black woman, it's is ur own fault. u must know the subtleness of English language.
