请教大虾们咋回答好呢？

问几个面试文题，每次都觉得答的不太让考官满意。
1。What is your weakness？
2. What is your work ethic?
3。怎样和一个不好相处的人一起工作？
4。如果一个平级的队员要用一种方法作一个项目省一些钱和时间但结果不会精确，而你要用你的方法上，怎样在短时间内让他听你的呢？
