Lao Tu provided a similar case story in the past:

Copy / picture original degree certificate in Chinese;

Translate the certificate, whoever translates it should sign;

Provide registrar phone # of your school.

 

Send above to background check company.

All they need is documents base that they can move on.

They might just approve it right away.
