They do not care about Chinese government organization.

In US, China passport is not as useful as state-issued driver license.

It is important to ask John Wang to translate the degree.

John Wang sign the translation, attach contact info (addr, phone#, etc).

That would be more useful than Chinese government organization.  IMHO.
