1,how to benchmark

set up a set of tenets or criteria to evaluate two projects;

2, know his projects (知己知彼):

then use the agreed criteria to play;

3, the views of the users weigh a lot

is there anyway to buy in your future customers?

4, how to buy in their manager?

how about co-author a patent with their manager.

5, last but not least, if your product is really good and is not adopted, share it with us, we carry it forward for you:)
