除了前阵子有时高强度的干活外（其实也是我自找的，心里放不下活, 想早点把收尾工作做完。），in general, life style is good.
刚刚和老板做了年终review,从未有过的30多分钟的长谈, 从未看到老板那么“亲切”的笑容。(老板经常都是很严肃，周会上经常“视你不见”。)
老板提到我的customer, 另一个组的小头头, very satisfied with my work and extra miles I took for data verifications. 赶紧说些感谢的话，还顺便夸了那人几句.
接手的几个项目，除了开始工作的两个小项目是“Satisfied”， 其余的都是“Highly Satisfied”.
每星期的weekly report还真管用。老板添加的细节都是从那里来。
The only negative thing is that the first sentence in her review: although xx did not have much experience in SSIS when xx started her work. Considering most part in her review is great, 老土老师, 我也就认了吧.?
总之，心里的石头总算落地了。Salary raise 没有提。I will continue to keep manager informed and keep customer happy.
