CEO 说他知道, 其他很多已经和他汇报了..
其实我知道CEO 的全局是什么. Operation Director (PM) is too strong and he lead operation with warehouse, e-com enlarge whole company business from 5 store to be 60 store in 4 yrs. So now CEO try to move certain power from PM.
CEO clearly know this india a-cha doesn't know anything about ERP, this indian manager is from network insfrastructure guy, know nothing about business logic and ERP. CEO just want a CTO or IT director to spread certain things from OP group and make that PM less power in this company.
This indian manager always say 'yes' to this CEO even CEO knows July won't be able to go-alive.
我以前心理分析过公司的局面, 所以没有和PM 联合. 否则, 这个A-CHA 早可以被我和PM 联合搞得里外面子全没有的.
就是这次, 这 阿叉也很没有面子了.. 有什么面子? 证据一堆在我手里, 发脾气的时候都有同事在场. 一次让公司丢 HALF MI. 一次把 STAGE BOX CRASH. 他自己本人把UAT (USER TESTING BOX)KILL OS. 如果不是我在, 这个1M的项目已经掉水里泡澡了.
我不愿意接手做application manager, 是因为我不想接烂摊子. 费那么大精神干啥? 工资上不去, 已经十万, 再加那是要你拼命搽以前的烂摊子. 搽好了, 给你一个名誉奖状. 搽不好, 还败坏我的职业名誉.
这个CEO 喜欢下属打架, 让他们打去吧. 打得这个项目上不了马, 他自己会找替罪羊, 就是这个阿叉了...
而我知道四个月之后也上不了马...
我都懒得看热闹. 找到了 12万, 在家工作三天, 两天去办公室的地方, 还是LEAD的位置. 我和这帮烂人不混了... 走之前告一状, 留点证据给CEO, 好让阿叉当炮灰, 而且阿叉也不敢再这么嚣张了. 我就安心走人了...
