有没有高人介绍一下IT Services Coordinator

最近本人失业在家有人介绍一份工作，马上要面试，我有五年国内网络公司网页制作经验。但这家老牌IT公司的Services Coordinator 职位我一点经验也没有。但介绍人说他老板看了我的简历说可以面试没有经验可以培训。所以我想问一问这里的高人什么是： CIRATs, RCA DBs, MS Office or Lotus Suite, eESM, Maximo, Remedy, Impact, HP OpenView, HP Service Center, CPMA, Peregrin？？在哪可以找到这些学习的软件？谢谢好心人

这里是他们的要求：

Required
  • At least 2 years experience in Problem mgmt and/or change mgmt process, reporting and oversight.
  • At least 2 years experience in At least one or more of the following: problem or change mgmt tools, CIRATs, RCA DBs, MS Office or Lotus Suite, eESM, Maximo, Remedy, Impact, HP OpenView, HP Service Center, CPMA, Peregrin. .
  • Basic knowledge in process architect or process design writing

 
Preferred
  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma in Information Technology
  • At least 3 years experience in Problem mgmt and/or change mgmt process, reporting and oversight.
  • At least 3 years experience in At least one or more of the following: problem or change mgmt tools, CIRATs, RCA DBs, MS Office or Lotus Suite, eESM, Maximo, Remedy, Impact, HP OpenView, HP Service Center, CPMA, Peregrin. .
  • At least 1 year experience in process architect or process design writing
  • Basic knowledge in Lean Methodologies
  • Basic knowledge in Maximo tool
