从合同看, 这是一个意见:

  Termination day是30天之后.

"In either event, the employee, if requested by the employer, shall continue to render her services, and shall be paid her regular compensation up to the date of termination. "  可有模糊解释.  (雇主不付30天)

"Compensation upon termination: Upon any termination of this agreement, the employee shall receive all compensation due to her under this agreement up to the data of termination. such compensation to be paid to her as soon as possible and no later than regularly scheduled payment."   雇主要付30天

 

如果雇主不付, 可咨询劳工法律师.
