Termination: The employer or the employee may terminate this agreement at any time upon 30 days written notice to the other party. In either event, the employee, if requested by the employer, shall continue to render her services, and shall be paid her regular compensation up to the date of termination.
Compensation upon termination: Upon any termination of this agreement, the employee shall receive all compensation due to her under this agreement up to the data of termination. such compensation to be paid to her as soon as possible and no later than regularly scheduled payment.
