a value, considering all the risks of course(political risk, legal risk, business risk etc).It's like you create a business case or even a business plan. Sometimes you will start to see a lot of more risks when you zoom in to the details. Then for family side try to list all the cons, then try to compare whether it's worthy it for all the sacrifice. In the end, you have to mutually agree with your hu*****and, whether he thinks the money gain could justify all the loss on the other side.
