Be confident,and be polite to RenFanZi is just enough. BTW,if you're interested in certain companies, check their website and see whether you know anyone in your network who can forward your resume to HR. Sometimes you have better chance doing so. Unless it's a very senior position or the skills are rare to find, more companies would rather avoid RenFanzi.
