关于Contractor结束后转Full Time的问题，恳请大侠们提供点建议

本人由于长期做contractor, 所以有一个自己的cooperation（A）跟Agent（B）公司签合同。目前的刚结束的contract是同C公司的。合同结束之前C公司本想再续我的但是一个多月前B公司用我的名义在D公司又Bid了一个项目，此项目马上上马所以B需要我去D公司工作因此不再续我同C的合同。但是C现在给了我一个Full Time的offer我也很想接受。但是我跟B公司的agreement里有一条Non-compete clause：Supplier(A公司) shall require all Supplier Personnel and subcontractors of Supplier providing Services to Client pursuant to this SOW to agree that they shall not be eligible to perform the function of this SOW or any project substantially similar in complexity, scope, size, and geographic location to work described in the SOW directly with any incumbent Customer(s) supported by this SOW for a period of one year following termination, without the consent of the Buyer. This provision shall survive the termination of the WA, SSOW and the Base Agreement.

我把我跟B的这些Agreements都给了C公司的Legal Department. 今天C公司的HR跟我说C公司hire 我做Full Time 是完全合乎法律程序的。至于我跟B公司如何解决他们不能给我任何法律建议。

我真的很想接受这个Full Time offer。明天就要决定是否接了，B公司大概也收到点风声今天狂跟我联系。恳请各位高人给在下指点一番我如果接了这个会有很大麻烦吗？
