请大家分析一下面试刁钻问题。

今天老公去面试碰到一个刁钻问题。一个中东裔的director面试我老公。

director 问: 你为什么要换工作?

老公答：因为您的公司是top 15 employer.

director 说：I am not buying it. It is not true.

老公说：觉得您的公司对于我来说跟有发展前途。。。bla bla...

director 接着说： I am not buying it. I give you 5 minutes tell me the truth.

老公说：Money is a factor, but it's not the only factor.bla...

director 说：This is the truth. If another company pays you more, will you change again?

我老公接着反问这个director, 如果是你你会换吗？director说他不会。

请教各位有经验的xdjm你们会怎么回答呢？而且这个director是特别aggressive 的那种人。
