各行各业expats 的 benefits package 是不一样的,

同样,各行各业GM 的 base salary 也是不一样的.

USD 200-300K/年是个reasonable number for a GM position, although many GMs of 3/4 Star hotels just earn just around 150k base.

GM expats' total benefits package should be way above USD 200-300K/年 because it also includes premium, tax protection, food and transportation subsidies....
