If you have the power, this is a good chance for you to be promoted to a manager.

Ask if you want to be the manager.

Otherwise, No manager manage your guys is a good thing, enjoy your freedom.

The worst case in a company is you have a nad manager, who makes you crazy everyday. luckily you do not have that kind of situation now.
