公司出了WARNING LETTER, 是不是就一定会解雇我?我该怎么办?

是我的老印小老板出的信,说是给HR看过,留底了.他要我在一个月内改变PERFORMANCE,否则会解雇.可是如果我拼一个月,他还不满意,他还是会解雇我吧?
