为了关帐号打个飞的也忒大发了。不死心,再给branch打电话:may I talk to the bank manager..
Bank manager: Ya, you can send a letter to me, I will close the account and mail you a check of the balance, my name is blablalba...you know our address? kool, ...
事儿就办成了。
低级职员没那么大责任心,对policy一知半解,为了掩饰他们的不懂装懂,跟你说话的语气还非常affirmative,让你信以为真,就不再去麻烦他们了。越过他们,找他们的头头。当然了,说我要找你们领导,别摆出要投诉的架势,就说need to discuss other business,因为他们不是故意要刁难你。
美国这边也是如此,call center的人不懂的时候也喜欢胡乱对付,十几块钱一小时的工作,对他们的期望不能太高。
