被裁还被怀疑

一个多月前公司减员把我裁了，昨天接到原老板的email怀疑我在公司文件上动了手脚。首先地反映是气愤，而后想他们不会用我的东西部好好来问，给他推回去气死他们。

 

以下是邮件交换：

 

老板：

XX – I just wanted to touch base to see how you were doing.  

 

I did want to ask you about a concern that was raised to me about some of the XX files – there seems to have been some changes to a file back towards the end of July.  In particular, the pivot tables in the XX file (XXX.xls) were not working properly when the team needed to use the file.  Do you know why a change was made and why the pivot tables were not working correctly?

 

我：

XX, thank you for asking. I am doing well.

 

I am not sure what the issue with table in file is. The table worked fine when I was in office. I couldn't think of anything the table stopped working now. If for some reason XX and XX could not get it to work, they may want to consider using a different application/system tool they are familiar with since the data is there.  

 

In the future, XX and XX are welcome to contact me directly with specific questions, I will be glad to help.

 

体会：明明是不会用我的报表，虚心讨教就是了。这类事即使组里有人怀疑做老板也不应用这种口气来质问，这样一定得不到对方的积极配合。当事人要冷静，遇事不要情绪化不被别人抓辫子。
