别人介绍了一个职位给我。salary要高，做的活是我很熟悉的，也是我的expertise。会驾轻就熟。

-- Higher $$,Nicer lifestyle, Good skill sets can bring higher salary. All these satisfies my three criteria for selecting a job. I will go for it.

我现在的工作(started a few months ago)是一个全新的role。会给我完全不一样的career。 说实话，到现在也还没有真正进入角色。老板也不象前老板那样对我信任有加，还动不动就go behind my back。在几个大老板那儿也还没有建立实在的credit。当然时间还短。如果是你会怎么办？

-- This sounds not good.

-- Will you be able to make improvement of the situation with time going?

-- Is that worth the effort?
-- What is the purpose for these kind of trial lifestyle?

Our eventual goal for job change is for a better lifestyle. If the current position does offer that way, forget it and go for another one. I will GO.
