My boss and I are working together relatively nicely. We are still in the phase of getting to know each other better. The going-behind-back thing seems to be one of his issues with all of his employees and he is working on this. As to sr. management, I think they have recognized my capabilities. But I need time to give them solid hard evidence to show my impact on business.
