Calling someone a ***** is, to many, the ultimate insult.  At the least, used in the context here, it is a pejorative term for woman, and it conveys derision, contempt, and disrespect.

 

 Unfortunately, in doing so, it also shows unprofessionalism, small-mindedness, and vengeance on the part of the name-caller, and by extension, on the cheering onlookers.

 

 We all can do better, and should strive to.
