真心求各位赐教急！

我女儿是第一年的分析员工作在华尔街投行，最近她们部门来了个来老印staff,看她是亚裔，每次都把最乱的事、最不出效率的事分给她。而且分很多的事，每天都要做到早上4.5点都做不完。已经连续两个星期了，请问各位有经验的人该怎样处理这件事？十万分的感谢！
