"What is my strength?"

Developer - hard skill；PM - soft skill

- developer 需要与时俱进，喜新厌旧，持续学习。skill set够骚里的，就很难被替代。

- PM，在我战斗过的银行里，有名牌大学毕业的PM优先下岗，有高中文凭的PM仍坚持战斗。调动资源，get the job done，拼的是骚妇的skill.

不知道如何回答那个问题，不妨做个性格测试（很多recruiting firm能做），或者参加一次on site interview，看看你的表现：对那种类型的问题回答得比较好--技术问题、细节问题，还是对behavior, project scope问题？
