有一个工作机会，请教各位

银行IT业的Senior Developer 和Project Manager 工资差不多。比较业界Average Salary，Senior Developer 比PM  工资还高些。 从Career Path 考虑，PM 是更好的选择吗？

纯PM，不做任何Hands-On，主要负责Project Time/Cost/Risk Tracking， Business Analysis， 等等。

虽然不想一辈子做技术，但又担心PM 是花架子，经济不好时容易失业。。。
