请教各位职场大侠: 怎样处理这个棘手的问题?

 

如果大头(IT VP) 问你是否愿意取代你的顶头上司 怎么办好?   这是第二次被叫到办公室开问了. 第一次是稀里糊涂地搪塞过去的.

与顶头上司没有大矛盾, 但有点牢骚. 但每次给俺的REVIEW 都很好. 没有要离开的迹象.

不想取代是因为他的职责太繁琐, 然而, 大头想利用俺把他换掉.

 

怎么处理比教安全?
