指导？

现在老板对他这样了，还有没有转机? 其实老公需要的就是几句好话和鼓励。他的老板也不是坏人，自己也承认自己比较picky,属于那种凡事要完美的人。但是老公一犯错，老板就挑刺，然后就老公心情就很差，就紧张害怕。

究竟具体该怎么做呢？
