performance review,想请教大家一下

去年11月跳槽开始在现在的公司上班。上周HR发EMAIL说最近要做performance review，讨论涨工资和发奖金的事情。我的直接老板好像完全没有要跟我discuss的意思，我应该主动问一下吗？还是说这样很正常，我得等到明年才会有performance review？
