是否应该换工作？

这个工作已经干了一年了，压力很大，总要加班才能赶上进度。本来年底挺好挺放松，结果新年一开始老板又开始逼帐，搞的副交感神经紊乱，睡不了觉。

想换工作呢又贪图工作离家近，加班也可以在家里做。因为是搬到新的州，我这里是VA，不知道这里工作都这样呢，还就是我们公司忙成这样？

其实也不是工作有多难，或是活有多累，主要是老板因为不懂，老是PANIC，发脾气，不尊重人，老搞的人心慌慌的。
