As a Sr. Technical expert, you need speak your voice in the meeting.

Project Manager have to listen to you.

如果某件事不中，那就是不中．若ＰＭ在会上说中，那只能说这个ＰＭ是dumb. 他自己要为他说的错话负责．

I will communicate with the PM, tell him clearly why his talk is dumb. I will not waste my time to do the impossible.

Project manager do not have any power, 他只是在项目的进程中招招呼呼而已．千万别把位置弄错了．

做技术的，在技术上必须把关，不中就是不中．没商量．
